One of my scientist-themed shawls, this one is named for Galileo Galilei, whose major contributions to science include heliocentrism (that the planets revolve around the sun).
This pattern includes instructions for a smaller 1-skein (uses about 400 yards), a larger 2-skein version (uses about 700 yards), and an extra-large 3-skein version in an extra file. The design consists of chevron bands radiating outward in a lacy-textured fabric. Suitable for a wide variety of yarns, especially gradients.
